Walsh Mushrooms take huge pride in our Communities. We have actively supported many local events throughout our long life and look forward to continuing to do so for many years to come!
Our most recent involvement has been the East Anglian Community with the establishment of our new mushroom farm in Suffolk. Since opening our doors in 2010, we have quite simply been overwhelmed by the passion and dedication within the Community for locally produced food. Our presence as exhibitors at several of these festivals has allowed us to embrace this Community spirit and meet so many of our new neighbours, both traders and visitors alike. We were also delighted to support our local Primary School in Stanton to host its annual Christmas Fair. All monies raised are used to provide the children with educational trips and entertainment. A truly good cause.
Our support of the environment is another aspect demonstrating our commitment to the Community. This is particularly evident at our UK headquarters in Evesham, Worc through our recycling and reusing of end-of-life packaging for other plastic products.
