Irish President Michael D Higgins visits the mushroom stand at Bloom 2015
The team manning the mushroom stand at Bloom this year was delighted to welcome President Michael D. Higgins and Mrs Higgins. They were most interested and curious as to the mushroom growing process and it was a pleasure to share with them the benefits and properties of our favourite fungus - there can never be too many mushroom enthusiasts!
