In addition to having their recipe crowned as the Mushrooms Bureau\'s official \'Jubilee Mushroom\' dish, the winning chef will also receive a prize of £500 cash and the chance to meet James Martin Himself.
Following the success of Coronation Chicken created especially for QueenElizabeth ll\'s Coronation Banquet in 1953 - the Jubilee Mushrion will produce a recipe for the 2012 Jubilee celebrations, using one of Britains most loved and home grown ingredients - the mushroom.
Second and third runners up will also be awarded case prized on £200 or £100.
Entries for the \'Mushroom Jubilee\' competition can be made between 15 March and 6 May 2012, by uploading the detailed recipe and an image of the completed dish one www.facebook.com/MoreToMushrooms.com.
The winners will be announced on Friday 11 May 2012.
