Mushrooms sales to the UK market are currently at 850,000lbs per week, representing a £35m annual turnover. We focus predominantly on 3 sectors..
1. Retailing. In retailing we work closely with Tesco, Morrisons/Safeway and CRTG packing to our customers specifications and operating to their codes of practice and the Assured Produce Scheme.
2. Ingredients. We comply with all necessary due diligence, HACCP and best practices servicing Ginsters, all of the Samworth Bros. Group, R. F. Brookes, Northern Foods and others in the food manufacturing and service areas.
3. Catering and Wholesale. Again we pack
to customer requirements covering a broad range of needs, operating best practices
and full traceability.

DISTRIBUTION
Mushrooms are harvested fresh each day at our numerous production sites, entering
the chill chain to the packhouse where rapid handling and cooling ensure the crop
is ready for overnight shipping.
Distribution to customers is from our depot at Evesham
where we have strong distribution links to cover
all of the UK every day of the week.
